Become ASOP Certified

With the help of our professional instructors, we’ve worked to design a certification that’s practical and affordable, with the most benefit to the student.

We have developed checks for many different types of photography, so you can choose what you’d like to be certified in. We have worked to create these certifications to help our students grow and receive valuable feedback from our instructors.

Please note, that although the certification is an option, it will never replace hard work and a great portfolio. This is a building block to work with you, we want these certifications to be supplemental, to put a “check-mark” on all that you’ve accomplished, and subsequently for others to trust you and your skills as your enter a career in photography.

You do not have to be a student of ASoP to become certified with us! However, of course, we highly recommend it! We can also recommend a private lesson or our Certification Prep program.

We truly believe in our students and want every one of them to have the same opportunities as any other education platform, and we hope this process of certification can help with that.

Looking for guided help from an instructor to become certified?

Receiving ASoP Certification does not guarantee any job placement or greater standing when applying for jobs. The purpose of our certification mainly to help our students become more confident in your path to become a professional photographer and provide our ASoP stamp of approval. We at ASoP are taking this process seriously and will only approve students that we believe are truly qualified, as to not dilute the badge of certification. Any questions? Please reach out to us!
