Lighting is the key to making beautiful images!
Join us for a super fun and interactive workshop to explore the principles of light. We will play with a variety of light sources ranging from constant lights, LED, Flash, Strobe and other creative light sources in our every day lives.

Understanding Quality vs Quantity in lighting
How distance plays a role in making beautifully lit shots
Lighting still life scenes, people on location, spaces and more
Balancing additional lighting with ambient light/multiple light sources
Changing the color of your light source
- use of gels, creating a cinematic feel with your work
Direction of light
- Backlighting, side lighting, rim lighting etc.
Modifiers, reflector kits, and various accessories.

Please be a camera, with a variety of lenses. Any lighting equipment that you may have or are working on.
