COVID Updates at ASoP

We are committed to keeping our students, staff and instructors safe so we are taking the following measures:

• Disinfection of tables, chairs and other contacted surfaces before every class

• Hand sanitizer provided in every room

• Free KN-95 masks provided upon request
  

CLASS POLICIES

• VACCINATION

  • At this time, while vaccination is preferable, we are not requiring proof of vaccination against COVID -19

    • Please consider getting vaccinated if you haven’t already and getting your updated booster shot!

    • This policy is subject to change based on COVID data provided by the CDC

• MASKS

  • Masks may be required during your class based on the CDC COVID-19 Community Level of Fulton, DeKalb and Gwinnett counties.

    • All counties in the "Low" or “Medium” Transmission Zone: Masks Optional

    • Any county in the "High" Transmission Zone : Masks Required

    • You are welcome to bring your own, and we will continue to provide free KN-95 at request. And of course, students are more than welcome to continue wearing a mask in class despite our policy allowance. There are a variety of reasons for any instructor, staff or student to wear a mask including health concerns, family members, comfort, etc.

    • Additionally, if you are experiencing any flu-like or COVID symptoms, or, if you have recently been in contact with someone who has tested positive, do not come to class. If you are outwardly exhibiting symptoms, you may be asked to leave the class. We can provide video recordings of the class material.

Refusal or noncompliance of this policy at any time will result in registration termination.

    • Masks are on a case-by-case basis for indoor workshops, please see the workshop description or contact us for clarification

  • Outdoor Workshops

    • Masks are not required for outdoor workshops

We prioritize the health and safety of our students, instructors and staff foremost and will take every step to ensure everyone’s health.

ONLINE CLASSES & WORKSHOPS

We’ve had such a positive response from our students about our online lessons, we will be permanently adding ASoP Online to our registration!
We will continue to offer classes, workshops and private lessons held online via Zoom.
